ACORD and CB Insights, a technology market intelligence platform, are conducting a global survey to better understand how the agent and broker distribution channel is evolving.
ACORD members are invited to share their perspectives on the forces reshaping distribution and the strengths that continue to differentiate intermediated insurance.
The survey data will help inform a study on the future of the agent/broker channel including market conditions and competitive pressures, agentic commerce, future operating models, technology, and talent. Responses will be analyzed in aggregate and used to develop industry-level insights.
