The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation held its annual Inclusion in Insurance Forums throughout June, with hundreds of insurance professionals gathering for events around the country to hear industry leaders discuss ways to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in insurance.
The IICF’s Betsy Myatt, chief program officer and executive director of the IICF Northeast Division, shared insights from the Northeast Forum in an article for Risk & Insurance, highlighting concepts like “inclusive sustainability,” “the science of inclusion,” and others. She also noted steps every organization can take to be part of the positive change taking place across the insurance industry.
